About UPES:

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) was established in the year 2003 through UPES Act, 2003 of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. With an ambitious vision and unique approach, UPES emerged as an innovative institution offering industry-focused specialized graduate, post graduate and doctoral programs in key areas such as Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation, Information Technology, Design, Planning & Architecture, Public Policy and Legal studies.

UPESEAT:

UPESEAT 2017 is the UPES Engineering Aptitude Test which is organized once in every year in the month of May. This is the university level entrance examination which will be organized by the UPES i.e. University of Petroleum UPESEAt-2017and energy sciences so as to offer the admission in the undergraduate engineering courses. The applicants who would like to enroll in this university can apply for this examination. UPES offers B.Tech and B.Tech+LLB programmes.
