(How To Apply): UP Common Pre Medical Entrance Exam (CPMEE) - 2016

How To Apply:

Candidates can fill the CPMEE 2016 Application form via any one of the two modes :

Mode 1:

Offline: Candidates can purchase the CPMEE Application Form and Information Bulletin from either of the two addresses mentioned below) by paying Rs 1600 either in cash or through Demand Draft

Address 1: Bakson Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, 36 – B, Knowledge Park, Phase – 1, Greater Noida – 201306 District– Gautambuddh Nagar (U.P.)

Address 2: Bakson’s Homoeopathy, A – 51, South Extension Part – 1, New Delhi – 110049

Mode 2:

Online: Candidates can apply Online.

Step 1:

1; Fill in the Demand Draft Details: Candidates will have to select the bank from which it has been issued and filling in the Bank Demand Draft number.
2: Fill the Application Form
3: Upload the softcopy of scanned signature and photograph
4: Fill in the details of High School and Intermediate Class 12 Examinations
5: Submit the Form

Step 2:

Candidates have to take the Print Out of the duly filled in Application Form.
Attach self-attested photocopies of all the necessary documents Mark Sheet of Class 10 and 12, Caste Certificate (if belong to OBC/SC/ST/SIKH Category)]
Attach the Demand Draft of Rs.1050 in favor of “BAKSON HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE”, payable at NEW DELHI.

Demand Draft: Candidates have to get the Demand Draft of Rs 1050 drawn in favor of “BAKSON HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICAL COLLEGE”, payable at NEW DELHI.
Photograph: Candidates have to upload a scanned copy of passport size colour photograph of the following specifications:
Format: JPG / JPEG format
Dimensions: 3.1 cm x 3.7 cm
Size: 10 kb - 200 kb
Signature: Candidates have to upload a scanned copy of signature of the following specifications:
Format: JPG / JPEG format
Dimensions: 3.1 cm x 0.7 cm
